Coca‑Cola has partnered with Disney and Lucasfilm to launch a global Star Wars-themed campaign, offering fans a unique blend of immersive technology and collectible design.

Launched under the theme “Coca‑Cola x Star Wars: Refresh Your Galaxy”, the campaign features 26 limited-edition cans and bottles of Coca‑Cola Original and Zero Sugar, each branded with iconic characters from the Star Wars universe. Characters include Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Yoda, Chewbacca, Grogu, and The Mandalorian.

Each can or bottle comes with a scannable QR code that unlocks an Augmented Reality (AR) experience, allowing fans to create and share personalised Star Wars-style hologram messages directly from their mobile devices.

The campaign is rolling out across North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan, and the Asia South Pacific region this July. Three exclusive designs—featuring The Mandalorian & Grogu, Chewbacca, and a First Order Stormtrooper—will be available only at Disneyland® and Walt Disney World® resorts.

Speaking on the campaign, Islam ElDessouky, Global VP of Creative Strategy & Content at Coca‑Cola, said the collaboration celebrates the power of Star Wars fandom and aims to create moments of joy through shared passions.

A new campaign video accompanying the launch depicts a family cinema scene transformed by a child’s imaginative moment with a Coca‑Cola, merging real-world nostalgia with the magic of Star Wars. The clip reflects the broader goal of the campaign—to merge storytelling, fandom, and everyday experiences.

The campaign will feature a variety of the most beloved Star Wars characters for fans to collect, including:

  • Original Taste (355 mL): Kylo Ren, Ahsoka Tano, Darth Maul and Emperor Palpatine
  • Original Taste (500 mL):  Lando Calrissian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Queen Amidala, Boba Fett, Poe Dameron, The Mandalorian, Cassian Andor and General Grievous
  • Zero Sugar (355 mL): Darth Vader, Yoda, Princess Leia, Anakin Skywalker
  • Zero Sugar (500 mL): Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, C-3PO, R2-D2, Finn, Rey and Grogu

The “Refresh Your Galaxy” initiative builds on Coca‑Cola’s ongoing partnership with Disney, which dates back to the opening of Disneyland in 1955. It also follows a similar Marvel collaboration launched last year.

With this new global rollout, Coca‑Cola continues to explore innovative ways to connect with younger, tech-savvy audiences through storytelling, interactivity, and collectible design.
